A cement-based resin cement with high slip resistance, which has an extended dwell time in the mixing bowl. Provides improved results when used. The product complies with TS EN 12004 standard, C1TE class.
Application areas: The product is used on ceramic, tile or similar facing tiles, swimming pools, water tanks, bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. It is recommended to use on cement-based plastered surfaces and concrete screeds.

Characteristics: Fayfiks TA-10, due to its special composition, easily adheres to the surface to be used and does not slip. Thanks to its flexibility and durability, it allows the processing of ceramic tiles. It is resistant to temperature changes and has very good adhesion to exterior surfaces. It is easy to apply and its long working time saves labor and time.

The above times are calculated based on a temperature of 23 ± 20 C and a humidity of 50 ± 5%. At higher temperatures, the duration will be reduced, while at lower temperatures, the duration will be increased.

Application: The surface on which Fayfiks TA-10 will be applied must be clean, dry and solid. Any raised areas on the surface must be sanded. Porous and water-absorbing areas must be moistened before use. The resin cement must be slowly poured into a bucket filled with 5.5 - 6.5 l of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained, then poured for 5 minutes and mixed by hand for 1 - 2 minutes with a mixer. The prepared grout must be applied to the facing material with an appropriate notched trowel. The prepared grout must be used within a maximum of 20 minutes. The thickness of the prepared grout is determined by the notched trowel. For facing tiles larger than 20X20 cm, two-sided application (both on the tile and on the surface) should be done, and the size of the teeth of the mallet should also be increased. For good results, trowels and a rubber mallet should be used during application. The ambient temperature should be between +5 + 300 C. It should not be used under direct sunlight.
