Siding at Nova

As part of the “Renovate with Nova” project, we’ve decided to offer you facade cladding materials, focusing on our own metal siding production.

Siding is a facade cladding/finishing material that not only gives your home a refined and distinctive look but also provides protection. Metal siding stands out from other materials due to its long lifespan, fire-resistant properties, and low maintenance over the years.

It is especially recommended for coastal and mountainous regions, where siding protects walls from moisture and damage. When combined with insulation materials, it also helps maintain indoor temperature and improves energy efficiency.

Nova produces three different types of siding panels, as well as five types of siding profiles.

All of these options are included in the offers prepared for you.

Before moving on to specific projects, it’s important to note that when cladding a house with siding, the internal structure carries similar importance to roofing.

What components make up a siding structure and how should it be installed?

Before starting installation, make sure the wall surface is even - this step is crucial.

First, a vapor barrier membrane is installed to protect both the wall and insulation materials.

Next, a metal profile structure is mounted, with insulation material placed between the profiles to ensure energy efficiency.

A diffusion membrane is then installed over the insulation and metal structure to protect both the siding and insulation from condensation.

Each component in this structure is essential for protecting both your home and the cladding materials.

Only after completing these steps should you begin installing siding profiles and panels.
